Scafom-rux were struggling with slow internet speeds on their estate, relying on a 4G/5G mobile connection to avoid the high costs of a dedicated fibre connection. Frustrated with their current speed, they then reached out to ACS IT Services for a quote to improve their connectivity at a competitive price.
Our Telecoms team conducted a thorough check of speed availability in the local area, specifically focusing on Cross Green Industrial Estate. We discovered that Cross Green was part of the Faster Britain network, recently equipped with a 10GB bearer covering the entire industrial estate. After negotiating a competitive price with Andrew, he placed the order. The installation was executed smoothly, coordinated between ACS IT Services and Faster Britain.
Scafom-rux now enjoys a much more stable broadband connection with ample bandwidth for all their cloud services and applications. The improved connectivity and faster speeds have significantly enhanced their operations. Previously intermittent Teams calls due to the mobile connection are now seamless, resolving a major pain point for the customer.
